getting disconnected cant join.

I keep getting disconnected in the log in screen which is very irritating because i logged in once before. I uninstalled and then reinstalled i "fixed" the files with the realm list none of it works i just keep getting DCed at the log in window.

Also i noticed a lot of other players have had this problem too and they have all been ignored, im hoping to get answers. how do i get this to work?

Please provide the name of a character on your account, and which server it is that you are trying to log into. At least we can check to see if there is anything about your account that might be causing it.

Also, please provide info (in this thread) as to exactly what the error message you are getting says, or if there isn't one, and whether the DC happens after pressing the log in button or before, etc.

I dont have any characters on this account right now. Also the error message im getting just says "disconnected from server"

itll say connecting for a time and then itll just say disconnected

Update: it has something to do with my netgear, i temp fixed it and could log on but then i was perma banned for asking a question in chat, nice!
