Urgent help

Guild name: Dominate the Palace, we're now having an issue regarding to the the MC brasier. The first brasier have a bug which can not be put out the kindling. We had reset the instance already. However, it seems like the problem remains the same. Right now all of our guild members are still waiting for the Majordomo Executus. We all do not know why he can not be summoned up.
