trouble creating characters

i download the client from ur website and then followed ur guide to create an new account. Later i successfully logged in the game but when i tried to create a new character, problems happened. it was keeping creating the character but can not success, after about 1 minute, it said i was disconnected from the serve.

Can't say for sure, but that problem seems to be appear when using some kind of modified client. If you download client from other private server i suggest to download it from here.

make sure that you are not running any third party software that could interfere with your connection. Make sure that you're not running a modified client or a 1.12.2 patch. Make sure that you're connecting to the PvP or the PvE realm and not any of the others.
