Forum Acc Issue

I was reading the FAQ about if your not able to post a avatar or signature to contact the board admin. Well I don't know the board admin, or how to get in contact with such a person, so I thought "hey support forums would be the next best place".

I'm able to post a normal text signature but I can't submit any photo of any kind to my signature. I thought it might of been the height x width requirement of some sort but I even tried a tiny image such as a avatar with no success. So it is my belief that there's something wrong. Or my second guess would be there's a "rank" requirement on the forum to have IMG code available in signatures.

If my above thoughts are untrue (the rank requirement more specifically) then please tell me anything on my end that I need to do to help solve this issue. If it's something on your end, just communicate with me and tell me if the problem can or can't be addressed. Thank you.

One you're not a mod or admin. Two bugtracker is for BUGS inside the game. The categories available to select from on the tracker are in-game issues only. No where in the selection is their "forum" option.
