The Missing Diplomat.

Ive been playing this server for about a week now and havnt had a problem with it untill now!
The 17 long questchain "Missing Diplomat".
Ive done every single quest in the chain, and now when im about to turn it in, and recieve my ring + 1gold 30s the quests completly bugged out.
Archmage Tervosh has a blue question mark above his head, telling me to complete the quest and recieve my ring+gold, when pressing complete, nothing happends.
Jaina Proudmoore has a golden question mark above her head, but she doesnt do anything, simply greeting me and thats it.
The quest is gone from my questlog so i cant abandon it, the questgiver is stuck with a blue questionmark so that doesnt help either.
Ive removed my WTF and WDB Folders , trying without addons, reloading ui, going to menethil and back but without progression.
Ive looked up your bugreport system and i can find the same issue posted there. but without a solution.. now who can help me get this thing "undone" so that i can proceed playing this game, since im kinda fed up with this right now....
