Priest incorrectly display "Improved Power Word: Fortitude"

I do not speak very well English. I found not working talent. Priest, Discipline, "Improved Power Word: Fortitude". Everything is clear from the pictures.


After a while I noticed that the life I have gained 100. So that talent by itself works. Does not work properly display.

True, retail never shown Improved stats on buffs. It was fixed very late (Woltk?)

Probably not since it regards tooltips, that are most-likely coded client-side.

And even if it could be done, there is absolutely no need to invest time from the dev team to modify something that is working like it did on retail .
