[Auction House] buyout your own last Bid

i got some experience. i dont know if its bugged and need a fixing or its just the way they properly run.
when you decided to buyout the item, from AH, that you put bid on it, AH suppose to give back the bid money you once put in right? but in fact it doesnt.
so basically if you already bid on some item and then you buy it out you got charged twice coz the bid money doesnt refunded.
