Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Okay so I am trying to farm Blindweed... and I see it on the map... I walk to it and its clickable. and as soon as I get close I get "phased out" or something.. cuz the herb dissapears, the mobs around it dissapear. and its like im alone in the world.. This happend while lvling my hunter with simple crabs.. what is the issue here?

Its really anoying if U find herbs and just simply cannot farm them. logging in and out isnt working. Walking back and forward isnt also.

Any ideas?
