Neutral AH botting

Greetings Nostalrius GM team,
Testing AH bots again today and found that certain players have made their bot scripts with 'rare' item threshold
Items tested with:
- Dream Dust 1c Bid, 2c Buyout
- Star Ruby 3s Bid, 4s Buyout
- Claw of the Shadowmancer (Rare lvl 27 dagger, worth 2-3g) 20s Bid, 40s Buyout — Purchased immediately (faster than humanly possible)
Reproducing this is as simple as putting up a rare item far below its vendor or median AH value (as I've done above).
As requested previously I opened an in game ticket, but the ticket was not served in a timely manner, so here I am.
How is a level 60 Hunter unable to find or track a level 2 rogue in Stranglethorn, hmm? A bot scripted to buy items below a certain value is one thing; but how does a lvl 2 become undetectable by other players?
Please investigate the accounts tied to these characters: Kaelah, Kbt (or Kgt, Ktb lvl 2 orc warrior)
Note this is a level 2, unguilded human rogue, and is likely a burner character and account for a much larger operation, thus a thorough investigation might be helpful.
Furthermore, imposing a level limit on neutral AH might serve as an immediate bandaid to combat these pesky botters.
