[BUG] Engineering Specialization Bug

The patchnote says they fixed the level requirement on the specialization quests, but I'm still unable to acquire the quest after the pledge.

On retail I'm pretty sure it was 20 or 30, but I cant get it at 38, and a different engineer wasn't able to get it past 40.

It would be nice to get a GM response to this issue if possible.

What steps do I need to take to get the next quest. I've yet to get an in game response to any issue I've had yet.

I wher about to do the pledge quest when i got a DC/server rollback and now i cant get the pledge and dont have the quest to do for the gnomish engineering

Still can not get the quest. Seems the level requirement is set far too high.

Indeed we missed some of the quest.
