It's not like we need HP anyway while leveling.
Or on the other hand, would love to get my hp back

Level again and see where your health goes to confirm if it's just a bug with the message or if it's actually taking your health.

It's only been level 11 so far. I had 241 health before and after 260 so considering 20hp is from the stamina stats it seems i lost 1 health

THIS IS BLIZZLIKE.
Instead of giving you 9 hitpoints, the level awards you 1 stamina and -1 hit points. FFS, this is so Blizzlike my eyes hurt.
Case closed. Next question.
