Something i didn't do

Hi, U guys are doing a great job i know.. But recenlty i got banned for something i didn't do and i lost my lvl 34 rogue which made a fatal blow to me, Ive tried to lvl a new one but it's just no.. I didn't do it and that's what make me sad to lose something i put alot of time in, and lost it without reason, I know u guys are doing this for the sake of the server, to kill hackers around the server, But just becuse it happend on MY account it sucks that i should feel the suffering and not the hacker.. I'm sry for taking your time and i hope u have a nice day..

I totally agree with the GM's that those ho use hacks should be Punished, But sometimes it feels abit hasty.. Someone else than me used hacks on my account and i got punished for it, i know it's not a easy matter to solve and they have many other they need to support with same issues, But the time and effort i put on that Rogue and i wouldn't even consider using hacks just to lose the progress i made.. It's stupid i know.. But what if u were in my shoes? Lose your account for nothing u did wrong? Would u be mad? Should they "give" a second chance? I just want your opinion on this matter, so please Help me, help you!

If hacks were used on an account, it's gone. If you make an account is 100% your responsibility to keep it out of other people's hands.
