Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

im trying to open chests underwater, but the open but no loot window pops up? and when i try again, it says its already in use.. ive seen druid waterform open chests, but i dont play as a druid... any way to fix this or maybe open it?
