My account was banned for saying "item4game.com"
Sorry I didn't realize that it was a bannable offense.
While on my character "Breetai" I was just saying it jokingly in World Chat in response to someone who had asked where they can buy their BoA gear.
It was not intended as a serious remark, nor do I have any intention of promoting gold sellers.
Please restore my account, I will not make this mistake again in the future.

You are basically advertising for a gold seller web site, which indeed is bannable. And you continue doing that in the topic title and topic text itself. How smart is that?

I was just stating my mistake and reason for being banned and asking for account restoration, how else should I have worded it?

yeah I mean it was an honest mistake, I've been playing since August and never did anything questionable or suspendable before, etc...
It happened instantly, so I'm sure it was just a word/phrase filter that insta-bans accounts using certain phrases. Had i know ahead of time, I certainly would not have said it.
Oh well, lesson learned.
