Account security is your responsibility. GM's will not help with restoring items (or gold).

Sorry, but there is nothing you can do, except for securing the account (change the password for example)

Are you sure you were hacked and didn't lose it in a roll back? If your account was hacked, not only are you not getting your items back, they are going to ban your account.
