The Great Masquerade (Bugged)

Greeting. Was working on the The Great Masquerade and after I walked Windsor through SW and Bolvar killed the dragons I wasnt able to hand in any quests.

Tried relading UI, relogging, plain waiting.

Char name: Superslynan, PvP realm. Note that the quest was abandoned in an attempt to reaquire it but neither Maxwell in Burning stepper nor Squire Rowe will give you anything.
