Action Bar changes reset after zone-change or /reload

Hi!
Since Wednesday, my action bar resets every time after a zone change.
Example: I put mage bread into the action bar. After I enter a BG, or use my HS or type /reload, its not in the action bar anymore.
Same thing with spells and items.
I dont use any Action bar addons. I locked my action bar into settings.
I tried it on two computers (my home pc and my laptop).
Can anyone help me with that?
I have to put the spells/items which I want into the action bar and then relog to let them stay there otherwise they will be reset..
That kinda annoys me

Greetings,
check that your WTF folder hasn't suddenly become read-only. If it hasn't and the problem persist, deleting the WTF folder and letting the game re-create it might be your only solution. I have never heard of this issue before to be honest.

I had this problem two days ago. I kept trying to heal people with my fishing rod...and it wouldn't work! Anyways, I deleted the WDB folder and it worked fine after that. Not sure why...but it did.

This bug seems to be becoming server wide on PVE realm. It happens when changing instances. Hope Devs are aware of it. And to edit what I said above, I believe just logging out is what made the difference.

Hi, I'm having this problem today as well. It's very strange... some abilities/items are removed from my bars while others are not. I tried several different methods of taking read-only off of my wow folder, and after that failed, I tried deleting the WTF and WDB folders. After I had set up all my bars and everything again, the same exact things would disappear from my bars upon relogging, while the same exact things would stay on my bars. Incredibly frustrating. It only seems to affect what I put on my bars. All of my keybindings and other settings, as far as I can tell, persist.
(I'm also unable to access chat channels, and I have no idea if that's related.)

3 days gone and still no fix its rly bad if i must relog after i change somethink on bars

Yes, having the same issue. Particularly frustration when this issue switches out my potions/food/drink with items I no longer have!
Please fix!
