VPN not working

Hey All,
I am having a very weird problem with my VPN. I usually connect to a VPN located in GB but I recently found out I could connect to one in FR. However, when I switched the location to the FR VPN it says that my account has been closed. But when I switch it back to GB I have no issues.

Any Ideas?

try running a Trace Route using the FR VPN and see if there is a hitch along the way. The sticky threads have advice on how to do this.
