Thunderaan the Windseeker

Hi ! i got my 2nd binding yesterday and was able to complete the quest with rags essence and the elementiumbars. problem is that some hunter instapulled the boss after i handed in the items. so i wasnt able to loot him. i read that if he gets instapulled there wont be any loot. so end of the story i couldnt loot the guy... my question is when and how will i be able to summon him again ? All of that happened yesterday around 21.00 servertime. we did record the thunderaankill btw. im so scared pls help! charname is "Rizzl" guild is "<Kern>" - alliance. thanks for helps !

It's just a quest that needs fixing. You GMs do this all the time. Why is this taking so long?
We were all so excited and spend so much gold. Please fix this.
Would it help if some of our guildies post videos of killing Thunderaan and not getting anything. Some recorded.
