Account closed and no longer available for use?

Hey there,

I just recently downloaded the client onto this computer only a few hours ago and had only reached level 6 when suddenly I am running through Elwynn forest and my account his disconnected and now says it is closed and no longer available for use?

What do I do to stop this from happening??
