There is a mistake in the Warlock class -> Talent Affliction -> "Improved Corruption"
The talent "Improved Corruption" now reduces the time of the "corruption skill", but in 1.12 "corruption" is an instant skill.

(In later versions of WoW "Improved Corruption" improves "corruption" in a different way)

No, instant corruption in vanilla (or 1.12) was achieved through 5 points in improved corruption. Warlocks never got free instant corruption until some later patch patch.
