REPORT:A player violates the Terms of Use.

I'm sorry to bother you,i want to report a player violates the Term of use.(Sorry, i am a Chinese player,and my English is poor )
Today, A horde player killed me in a BUG point( on a rooftop of Gadgetzan).He is a hunter and his name is 'Mingwangwow'.
He was killed me but npc can not kill him. If players do pvp activities in Gadgetzan, the NPC will kill them. But this hunter 'Mingwangwow' stand on a rooftop and killed me,the npc can not kill him! I am confirmed this is a BUG point!
