Shaman Fire Totem

Shaman fire totems attack friendly NPCs in Ratchet and still attacks nearby flagged pvp members of the alliance.

Tested it out to make sure and confirmed multiple times.

Yeah I noticed this when I was dueling somebody in Ratchet and my searing totem targeted a friendly npc after the duel

Luckily I casted my firenova totem in time to cancel it
