Account recovery

Dear Nostalrius,

Around 1 month and 5 days ago I was hacked. My email was compromised leading to a loss of my steam account, battle.net account (recovered) and many more personal accounts including my nostalrius account. I have been playing a lot on a different account and none of my toons have been online. I have all of my account information including old passwords, username and the email which I have no access to. I have screenshots of my account also and can give you an estimated date when the account was created.
I had spoken to a GM ingame. (I have screenshots of me talking to the GM). On my other account, I talked to a GM about the hack and asked if he could ban the account so it couldn't be used, he said no and to post on the forums for a plea. The GM also told me the last logged in IP on the day I was hacked was from Serbia. I am from Canada so this was very unsettling. I have been playing every day and I have not seen any of my characters log in once.
I am hoping to have a chance at recovering my rogue, leveling to 46 just to be hacked and my characters go to waste is just something I would rather try to recover rather than just forget about all that time I spent on it.

it is not currently possible to change the email address associated with an in-game account. If you still have access to the email you used to register your account with, you can use our website to reset your password.
