My golds was stolen

I estimate my account was stolen in about 9:00-10:00A.M(server time) the day before yesterday .About 800+golds and other things in my inventoryy was transfered by thief.
Now I have reset my password and reinstall my system and client.Can you help me to retrieve my golds?If you cant help me to retrieve my golds,I hope you can punish the account of thief that stoled my account.
My english is not very good,please understand.: )
