Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have so many problems with boats. Sometimes they are invis, sometimes i fall right through them when i'm trying to get onboard. and they always drops me at the middle of the sea, so when im going to darnassus i die of fatigue everytime... What is the problem and could i fix it?
