Unable to connect , account closed

Hello Nostalrius Begins team!
Yesterday i play without a problem. I logoff and turn pc off . Today i try to login and ...first was "unable to connect" , then messege turn in "account closed". Can anyone help me is this are bann or loging problem ? I try everything in post for loging problems and no results !
