Hi. Whenever I try to log into the game I keep getting this pop up after I try to log in and I am unsure why because I have entered the correct details and I have no problem when logging in on the site and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client plenty of times to make sure there wasn't an installation error but I have no idea why it's not letting me log in.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

did you create an in-game account as well as a forum account? As they are separate. Try writing your password in Notepad and then copy+pasting it to the login screen to ensure there are no typos.
