Cursor Not Working

Hey guys,

When I open the game the in-game cursor doesn't move, however I know my mouse is working because I can still move it around to highlight and click things. I was able to create a character and join a server but playing without the actual in-game cursor moving is not going to work.

Anyone know a solution for this?

i have the same issue on one of my test systems.
did not have the chance to figure out a solution just yet.

it is however a windows 8.1 pro operating system with 64bit OS.

do you know the specs of you system ?
and also what installation file of WOW did you use?

I had the same issue. keyboard was working and it seemed that the cursor did move but it was invisible. What fixed it for me was setting the DPI to 100% where you can adjust the icon and font size in display settings.

I had this problem on my home theatre PC. I didn't like the idea of setting my DPI back to 100%, so I just unchecked "Hardware Cursor" in the Display Settings within WoW.
