Regarding Multiple Users in One Household

My friend and his wife (possibly his 2 daughters as well) are going to begin playing here in the next few days. I've read about some issues regarding false positives in banning's (typing in chat at low levels / follow command issues) and certain "do's and don'ts" when playing on the Nostalrius servers.

Is there anything I need to inform my buddy about when they begin playing on the server? Will they both be allowed to play at the same time, on separate computers and accounts of course?

If multiple users are not a problem, is there anything else I need to inform him about, other than refraining from using global channels at low levels and over use of the follow command?

Thanks in advance.

Hey,

they are just fine, if it's a different person playing on each account at the same time. You should prolly ask them to avoid using the /follow command.

Playing multiple people from same ip is fine, as long each player is indeed playing.
As said above: never use /follow and you should'nt encounter any problems.

Greetings,

As others have pointed out, it is not an issue. We always thoroughly assess players who we suspect are multiboxing, and we have many families and roommates playing together on Nostalrius Begins.

Regards, GM Team.
