Help whit not having files

I down loaded the client from MEGA and did evrything it said i should do but when i try to start it i get a crash whit the following text

I did like it said but i still got the same error... i belvie something went wrong the three times i downloaded the client

I think it's possible that security and/or firewall settings are messing with the opening installation or the download. Try running the program with whatever security situation you have off and see if that MPQ file repairs itself, then turn your stuff back on.
