Game download error- "OOPS! WE CANNOT DISPLAY THIS"

My friend has been attempting to download the game so he can play with me, and every time he gets to about 67% (he's tried 5 times) it comes up and says "Oops!! We cannot display this" or something along those lines. He has tried to download the game through megashare and on a browser, and both ways render the same error message. The download is being a savage, can somebody help me put a stop to the savage season?
