Currently, the channel which should only act as news about opposing faction attacks and allow Commander ranks to speak about how to handle it, can be littered by any randomer using it to spam or LFG. Right now there is a rank 3 guy posting incessantly in it about UBRS pugs with Dal'rend swords reserved....

Furthermore, the WorldDefense, as well as LocalDefense, should display the rank of the person speaking:
