The Platinum Discs successor is bugged

The quest The Platinum Discs and its succesor in the chain wrongly require level 45. They should require level 40 and only the next series should require level 45 (which it correctly does).

I'd like to add that this is a serious issue for those who are levelling and looking to run Uldaman, as they currently have to wait until level 45 in order to receive this quest and the 14-slot bag reward (instead of being able to do it at 40-44, when the dungeon is still relevant in terms of xp, related quests and drops).
