I was playing on my level 8 Mage Baldjonez, and was disconnected and tried to login again but it said this account is no longer playable. I don't believe I have broken any terms of service violations, I rarely talked considering I only started playing about 3 days ago, I got invited to a guild called "Mage Guild" and talked a little bit in that chat, but I was not saying anything offensive. Can I please have an explanation for my ban?

Please make sure you are entering the correct password. Several failed login attempts could lead to an automatic temporarily IP ban.

This ban will be lifted after some time, sometimes you can manually lift it with resetting your password here
