Gamemasters don't handle bug reports.
If you reported a bug, you have to wait for the IsVV Team to verify & confirm your bug.
If you lost raid loot due to a server crash or rollback, you have to create an ingame ticket with the following conditions;
- Code: Select all
We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
