How to make Ingame-ticket?

So in my recent post I was recommended to make a In-game ticket about an item disappearing after server crash. So I clicked on the big red "Help Request" button in-game to submit a ticket. I click on "items" and then proceed to write about my problem. When I submitted the ticket it just says "Game Masters do not handle bug reports". In my other post I GM said to me that I was supposed to make an In-game ticket. But it doesn't work to make in-game tickets? Please help me.

Click the red questionary mark, select "Issues GM can assist with" -> "Quest/Quest NPC" -> "Report Quest/NPC Issue".

Doesn't work. Also just says "Game Masters do not handle bug reports".

Take another actagory. Verbal harrassment worked for me.

Thank you, that seemed to work. The staff should try to fix this problem :)

Greetings,

the other categories are dead ends because GMs do not fix bugs. We have the Bug Tracker for that. Please use either harassment or stuck categories.
