Hello all, I just want to know is it okay to sell great wind stone loot bind item as gold? is this against the rule in this server? is this ban-able?

it is allowed. As facialhair said, it is basically the same as selling raid loot/spots for gold. Of course, only in-game transactions are allowed - if someone uses real money to pay, then the transaction becomes illegal and will result in the permanent ban of the accounts involved.
