I'd like to explain why this is the 2nd appeal as well, My brother is young and can't articulate himself well at all English is his 2nd language and he hasn't learned the language enough. I figured it was worth an attempt at helping him out as he insists he is innocent. He said the only time he traded gold to another player other than his own alts was doing casinos with the people who was ranking with, he now knows this was wrong. And promises in the future not to repeat these actions, I can't imagine him selling gold as he doesn't even have a paypal account.
He asks if you could give him a 2nd chance.
I told him it's unlikely they'll do anything even if I help him, but he is still upset over the matter. I truly feel for him as he has invested a lot of time and effort into his mage particularly. I hope you can understand the situation and maybe reverse the actions.
