Loot Disappeared After Server Crash

Loots from Hakkar were disappeared after server crash. I'd like to request for item delivery to its winners.
Bloodcaller: Hellodoggy (mage in group 3)
The eye of Hakkar: Leonhar (hunter in group 1)
Heart of Hakkar: Boneyg (priest in group 4) (This item doesnt appear on my screen since I have already completed the quest)

This sucks and I hope you get help restoring the items. But I'm just curious, isn't these things best to report using a in-game ticket to Game Master or do GMs read this forum to?

yeah server crashed right after we killed hakkar. The corpse of hakkar was gone when we could log back in.
It seems like I have to open a ticket in-game and get some assistance.
