Getting E-Mail adress changed

Hi there,
over the course of the last 2 or 3 months, my current e-mail providers servers have been seized by government authorities multiple times. As such, I do believe that it's only natural for me to try and change this mail adress wherever used. (For prove, feel free to visit the provider's homepage and read about it)
Now, as far as I'm aware there is no option to actually change my E-Mail adress anywhere, how would I go about doing something like that?
