Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello! I just purchased 10 Essence of Water from the Horde auction house located in Orgrimmar and it seems like they went MIA in the twisting nether.
I have waited 10min after buyout and have yet to recieve them in my mailbox.
All the other purchases after said purchase did arrive without a problem.
Would love if you may help me solve this issue since 65G is quite alot of money when you think of it.

That sucks dude. Have you opened an in-game ticket? If not, do that because that is how you contact Game Masters who volunteer to help players like you and me

I have tried multiple times by now but every time you do that it just says that GMs doesnt respond to bug issues and it doesnt "validate" my ticket.
So I am left with a writen ticket but it is never put in some queue or submitted no matter how many times I try submitting it or what subject I put it under.
It's at this moment not possible to submit my ticket in game so I am trying here.
