In game support tickets not being answered

Maybe you guys are just really really busy but, I have had 2 seperate support tickets that were open for over 5 hours over the last 2 days and never received a reply. Is there a more effective way to petition a gm?

If you guys are just busy please don't have the ticket say it will be serviced soon.

We can't change what the text says, that's on Blizzard. The text depends on the number of tickets open and doesn't actually mean much, because even if there are only few tickets open, your issue might be something that requires a senior GM to handle it, in which case your waiting time is longer than usual.

Ok. So I do have some issues I want to discuss but don't have time for my ticket to be answered. Is there a way to in game mail a gm my issue so they can get back to me at their leisure. The issues are not something that needs to be dealt with right away but I want a gm to be aware of them.

Also the text limit on the support tickets was causing me problems as I couldn't accurately describe the issues with the text allowed.

Note that if you reopen your ticket, you are placed back in the queue! Just keep the ticket there - and you will get an answer.

I usually say the GM ticket times are alzo Blizzlike - unfortunately this is correct in this case ;-)
