Cant Learn Regrowth Rank 1

I have a lvl 16 druid on the PvE server. Druid trainers will not teach me Regrowth Rank 1. I have visited druid trainers in darnassus, moonglade, and stormwind.
Hoping for assistance.

Close your game client, delete your WDB folder (first checking that there are files inside) and then go back to the trainers.

Are you sure there were files inside the WDB folder before you deleted it? If you are 100% certain, then please make an in-game ticket: red question mark, stuck, still stuck page a GM.

Checked the WDB folder before deleting. It had several cache files inside of it. I will make an in-game ticket.

If you are on Windows 7 or later on a 64-bit installation, sometimes the WDB folder is in an odd place (namely something like C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\... I have seen this happen in WIndows 7 and Windows 10 (and I assume it happens on Windows 8.x)
One way to make sure you get it is to open a Windows Explorer window (the file finder), point it at your root filesystem directory C:\, and in the upper right hand side of the window search for WDB, then delete all WDB folders that it finds. That way you make sure you get the one that it is actually using.
