Ok how to fix this gay ass glitch

I am shown ''glitched' or other teammates cannot see me!!!(or buff me or heal me or inspect me). Only if I die I get ''unglitched''

Not even the glitched net /stun bug(where the mobs dont have a cooldown on nets or stuns and throw them 24/7) pisses me off as much

Run out of the instance and then back, that fixes it. The problem doesn't appear in the middle of an instance-run, so always check with your healer that they can see you before you start the dungeon.

Also a relog (use alt+f4 so you don't get kicked from the group) works - this is a faster solution if you are far inside the instance already.
