I need to contact a GM, how?

Do the GMs of this server even use the ticket system or not? I've been told that they dont, while some other players told me they don't. I've tried the bug report website they give but can't create an account because the account creation system itself is bugged.

What am I supposed to do now? How do I contact one in the first place?

They deff do check in game tickets, use it, make one using the stuck section in game. They will respond but there are avg 6k-10k users online at any given time and like 10 GMs, so be patient.

Thanks Wrathran, exactly right.

Ignore all the category stuff you see in the ticketing system, that is an artifact from Blizzard's old support system - and is coded into the client. All tickets should just be opened with Stuck -> Still Stuck (Page a GM).

We do definitely address tickets in game, but the wait time can be long due to the number that we receive, especially if the issue requires escalation.
