The account associated with character Merlinyue on the PVP server has never been banned. Most likely you tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password.
Try to remember the correct password and login after waiting 30 mins to 1 hour. If you still have trouble, you can change your password at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

I can not log in either Dawnbedabun. I have not signed in w the wrong password once today.
