Forbidden griefing

Players can interact in a variety of ways, not all of them constructive. You may encounter players that steal resource nodes, chests, items, lead monsters to new areas and summon demons to raise havoc. Nostalrius staff will not intervene in these situations as the community may take measures concerning these players. However, behaviour that is considered to be contrary to the essence of the Game will be considered a violation of this agreement. Such behaviour is considered griefing which includes but are not limited to the following:

Summoning demons at the initial starting zones of new players;

Intentionally killing or disabling important quest NPCs for an extended period of time which exceeds 24 hours.

In the ToU it says
Such behaviour is considered griefing which includes but are not limited to the following.
If I don't completely understand this wrong, it means that these 2 things are forbidden ALONG WITH OTHER THINGs that are not mentioned in the ToU. So what are the other things? And another thing that I'm curious about, is this:
Summoning demons at the initial starting zones of new players
what are considered initial starting zones, for example is razor hill considered a starting zone? What about Goldshire? Darkshire?

I think they intentionally make the rules a little fuzzy so that the GM's will always have the last word.

Yes, some rules are open-ended for the simple reason that all ways in which someone might seek to negatively impact the game are either "not known at this time" or would require a ridiculous amount of time and resources to spell out.

Over time, due to repeated occurrences, some rules have been refined. Some of these rules are not that which was in place at a similar time in original vanilla. This might be the most difficult thing for people to understand. Nostalrius is "blizz like," it's not the original. It can't be the original, that happened ten years ago and we are not in the same place technologically, or in experience, and neither is Nostalrius a for-profit entity with payed staff.

As far as the starting zone thing goes, this question was just recently asked and has been clarified before:

Borrowing ur thread by questioning is this okay to do?

Same mage on the pve server have been kept on resheeping my mobs so i cant kill them for more than 40 minutes. Like this ->

https://gyazo.com/b6805d60018e7c08b622975f2e941f12

Is this allowed to do? Or will my ticket be replied by a GM?
