Heathen's Brand missing, Jin Rokh isn't replacing

Apparently at some point I have accidentally deleted my Paladin's Heathen's Brand

After some research it seems Jin Rokh is supposed to be able to replace this item by talking to him, but there is no such option.

Can you please help me restore my Heathen's Brand (it should be the green version rewarded at friendly rep)

GMs don't restore deleted items. I can only see them giving it back to if you it should be reobtainable in game, but only isn't due to a bug.
