Banned for excessive log in attempts
Posted: Sat Feb 20, 2016 12:41 amI kept getting the message saying "unable to connect". I have seen this multiple times since my internet is a bit wonky so normally after the 3rd try it logs me in. When i tried to log on last night ,2/18/16, after the 3rd try it still said "unable to connect", frustrated, i kept entering in my correct information only to find after the 4th or 5th try the account was banned. Some feedback regarding how to get the ban lifted or who i can reach would be helpful.
